It's that time of the year again, Lucky Bag time!
This year I collected quite a few, but it's only fair that I start with the one I keep getting every year since 2017, Beautylish Lucky Bag.

So let's see what this year fukubukuro got in store for me:
E' arrivato il momento delle lucky bag!
Quest'anno ne ho prese alcune, ma penso sia giusto cominciare con quella di Beautylish che è un must have per me dal 2017.
Se è la prima volta che sentite parlare di Lucky Bag o Fukubukuro, vi consiglio di dare un'occhiata ai miei post precedenti di cui vi lascio i link (2017, 2018, 2019 e 2020).
Vediamo cosa contiene la fukubukuro di quest'anno:
This exfoliating powder is activated with water and it provides both chemical and physical exfoliation.
The powder is super fine and it doesn't have any particular smell.
The more water you add the more gentle it performs.
Questa polvere esfoliante si attiva con l'acqua ed esfolia la pelle sia chimicamente che fisicamente.
La polvere è molto fine e non ha nessun particolare profumo.
Aggiungendo più acqua l'esfoliazione risulterà più delicata, mentre al contrario sarà più intensa con una quantità d'acqua minore.
This quad contains only glitter pressed eyeshadows, the texture is quite smooth, it almost feels wet, it doesn't feel gritty at all.
The colour selection is quite neutral and the pigmentation is ok, I'm not over the moon about it, I own other CT palettes and the shimmers in my opinion perform better.
It's nice but not outstanding.
Questa palette contiene quattro ombretti tutti glitter.
La texture degli ombretti è molto morbida, quasi bagnata, i glitter quasi non si sentono.
La gamma colori è molto naturale, la pigmentazione la definirei ok.
A dirla tutta non mi fa impazzire, ho altre palette di Charlotte Tilbury e gli ombretti metallici/glitter a mio parere sono molto più performanti.
Carina ma niente di esagerato.
I've already tried a lot of products from this black owned brand, in fact I also reviewed some of them here in this post, and I really enjoyed pretty much everything.
This lipstick though, to be honest, is not my cup of tea, it's a dark berry shade with intense frosty green sparkles and I'm very pale so it doesn't really complement my skin tone.
It smells divine and quality wise I can't say anything bad about it, it's just not for me sadly.
Ho già provato alcuni prodotti di questo black owned brand, infatti potete trovare la mia review in questo post, e mi è piaciuto praticamente tutto.
Questo rossetto però proprio non fa per me. E' un color vinaccia ricco di glitter verdi che non è adatto al mio incarnato pallido.
Il profumo è pazzesco e per quanto riguarda la qualità in sé del prodotto, non posso dire nulla di negativo, solo non fa per me, purtroppo.
The Chromium Multichrome Liquid Eyeshadow by Natasha Denona really intrigue me, I really would like to try them, but I've never heard of the Chroma Crystal Liquid Eyeshadow, these are completely new for me.
So I browsed the internet for some references and I got really disappointed really quickly.
I had to try it myself because sometimes the internet is just harsh for no specific reason, but at the end I have to agree with the large majority of makeup lovers. and reviewers.
This product makes your eyelids look older, it enhances all the fine lines, all the little crevices you didn't even notice before, it's crumbly.
A big no.
I Chromium Multichrome Liquid Eyeshadow di Natasha Denona mi hanno sempre incuriosito, mi piacerebbe molto provarli mentre dei Chroma Crystal Liquid Eyeshadow non avevo mai sentito parlare.
Quindi ho fatto un po' di ricerca su internet e mi sono subito innervosita.
Comunque ho voluto provare da sola, perchè spesso internet è gratuitamente esagerato, ma alla fine ho dovuto dare ragione alla maggior parte delle review.
Questo ombretto liquido fa sembrare le palpebre più vecchie, sottolinea ed evidenzia tutte le linee, tutte le piccole crepe della pelle, quelle che manco noi sapevamo di avere, e si sbriciola.
Un deciso no.
ARDELL GLAMOUR EYELASHES ($ 4,20)
I don't want to be rude, but... what the hell! I don't wear false eyelashes, here in Italy lashes are not really a big trend, unless you are a beauty guru or into instagram makeup.
Even if I'd wear them, though, I wouldn't absolutely pick these caterpillars, they scream Halloween to me!
If you are into this kind of look, you do you and I'm no position to determine what is likeable and what is not, but this is not my style.
Cavolo...no! Non vorrei essere maleducata, ma cosa sono queste? Non so se voi utilizziate ciglia finte, io personalmente no, ma anche se volessi provare non sceglierei mai questo tipo, se non per un look di Halloween!
Intendiamoci, io non sono assolutamente nella posizione di dire cosa sia bello o meno, ma questo stile proprio non mi rappresenta.
SONIA G. FLAT DEFINER ($ 28)
It's my first time with this brushes brand and I've nothing to complain about.
It's a sleek nice brush and it gets the job done quickly. It seems a really nice quality brush.
E' la prima volta che provo un pennello di Sonia G e non mi posso lamentare.
E' un buon pennello, dal design semplice e facile da utilizzare.
KITSH CRYSTAL FACE ROLLER ($ 24)
Sadly I already own the same tool from another brand, the only difference is that it's in jade and not in quartz.
I like it, I don't reach for it very often, but I might give it a second chance.
Ho già questo strumento beauty di un altro brand, l'unica differenza è che è di giada verde invece che di quarzo rosa.
Onestamente non lo utilizzo spesso, ma potrei provare a inserirlo più stabilmente nella mia beauty routine.

The total value of this lucky bag is $ 176, a lot less than my previous ones (except for the first one), but I guess it's not the value that bothers me.
I love to get these surprise boxes every year for the excitement they build up every time.
This year, though, I felt really underwhelmed unboxing this lucky bag, it just seemed random to me, random in a bad way.
I feel like they combined some of the least selling items all together and shipped them to me, which is unfortunate because it really got me questioning about whether to get next year one or not and, knowing myself pretty well, I probably won't.
I know that this can happen, but during this whole 2020 I refrained from buying any makeup and I had high expectation for this lucky bag, so I felt a little bit betrayed by its content and Beautylish.
I mean I know it's just makeup, no big deal, but this time I'm reconsidering purchasing it again.
Il valore di questa lucky bag è di 176 $, di gran lunga inferiore rispetto alle box degli anni passati (fatta eccezione per la prima), ma se devo dire la verità non è il valore economico che mi fa storcere il naso.
Adoro ricevere la lucky bag perchè ogni anno l'aspetto con ansia ed impazienza.
Quest'anno mi sembra che abbiano preso tutto ciò che non sono riusciti a vendere e me l'abbiano spedito, cosa piuttosto spiacevole perchè mi ha fatto pensare se sia il caso di continuare ad acquistare questa scatola a sorpresa, conoscendomi probabilmente non la comprerò.
So benissimo che queste cose possono succedere, ma durante tutto questo 2020 mi sono trattenuta dal comprare prodotti makeup, quindi avevo altissime aspettative per questa lucky bag e mi sono sentita, come dire, un po' "tradita" da Beautylish.
So benissimo che si tratta solo di prodotti cosmetici, non è una tragedia, ma questa volta sto seriamente pensando che non valga la pena acquistarla.
