Snoop Around: Beauty In Vogue Night 2014

Saturday 5th of April, Beauty in Vogue Night in Bologna 2014 and as I've already said in my Cosmoprof post (that you can read here), I couldn't be there due to some duties that i could not postpone.

So what did I do? Instead of crying a river, I sent my hubby to take pictures and do some pr!

Holding the events' map, he reached all the shops he could in his little time, such a sweetheart!

After the huge BIVN 2013 success (to see all the pictures click here) they decided to repeat it this year and again the response was incredible, Bologna definitely likes to be under the spot lights and she dress up for the special occasion.

The beautiful Galleria Cavour opened the most beautiful boutiques doors till late this time and hosted the amazing QVC corner, where you could ask for beauty advices and have your make up and nails done. You could also buy some of the best sellers beauty products and the limited edition make up bag created for the BIVN.

Drinks were provided by Campari corner, with Campari Orange Passion cocktail dedicated to the event, and there were also a cool dj set close to the bar.

Most of the shops located in the "quadrilatero" area offered a beauty make over, hair, make up and nails.

Linde Les Palais boutique, definitely one of the most glamourous, hosted an exposition focused on Nima Benati's work, young photographer from Bologna whit an extraordinary portfolio and collaborations with some of the most followed blogger trend setter (Chiara Ferragni and Chiara Biasi).

The show was attended also by Vogue Italia director Franca Sozzani.

In store was also available a t-shirt created with some Nima's photos.

BIVN continued between shopping and beauty in all the city centre streets, and gathered so many peaople, it was amazing!

Collaboration between Vogue and Cosmoprof really revitalize Bologna city life, I'm looking forward for next edition, hopefully this time I'll be able to be there!

Sabato 5 aprile si è svolta la tanto attesa Beauty In Vogue Night nella mia bellissima città, Bologna e come ho già scritto nel post sul Cosmoprof (che potete leggere qui) io me la sono persa a causa di impegni improcrastinabili.

Quindi cosa ho fatto invece di strapparmi i capelli? Ho mandato mio marito a fare foto e pubbliche relazioni!

Con la mappa di tutti gli eventi in mano, nel suo pochissimo tempo a disposizione ha cercato di visitare più negozi possibile, un vero tesoro!

Dopo l'incredibile successo dell'anno scorso (per vedere tutte le foto della BINV 2013 cliccate qui), quest'anno si è deciso di replicare e di nuovo la risposta è stata davvero positiva, Bologna ha voglia di essere al centro dell'attenzione e per l'occasione si veste da gran sera.

La bellissima Galleria Cavour, anche quest'anno ha aperto le porte dei suoi negozi più belli fino a tardi.

Al centro il bellissimo QVC corner, dove era possibile avere consulenze make up e acquistare, oltre ad alcuni dei brand più famosi venduti dal canale dello shopping, la make up bag ideata per l'occasione in edizione limitata.

Immancabile il Campari corner che serviva il cocktail dedicato alla serata al ritmo scandito dal dj set.

In molti negozi era possibile farsi fare un restyling completo, dai capelli, alle unghie al make up.

Da Linde Le Palais, una delle boutique più glamour del quadrilatero, era in vendita una maglietta creata assemblando alcune foto di Nima Benati, la giovanissima fotografa bolognese che ha già al suo attivo numerose campagne pubblicitarie e collaborazioni con le modelle e le fashion blogger più seguite (due nomi a caso? Chiara Ferragni e Chiara Biasi).

Nelle lussuose sale della boutique erano esposti alcuni dei suoi scatti più belli, una vera e propria mostra d'autore che ha visto la partecipazione di Franca Sozzani, direttrice di Vogue Italia.

La serata è continuata tra shopping e bellezza tra le vie del quadrilatero e ha avuto un successo e una partecipazione incredibile.

La collaborazione tra Vogue e Cosmoprof sembra davvero ridare linfa vitale alla città, inutile dire che aspetterò con ansia la prossima edizione, sperando questa volta di poter partecipare!
