Recently Ciaté launched a limited edition collection inspired to the one and only Jessica Rabbit, the sex bomb from "Who Framed Roger Rabbit" movie.
This collection went sold out in a blink of an eye, but for a luck coincidence I was browsing Ciaté website when it came back in stock, so I got the bundle.
The bundle contains all three pieces of the collection for £ 60, cheaper than buying the products singularly (£ 80).
It comes in a nice fuchsia box with Jessica Rabbit on the lid, a lovely packaging for sure.

La collezione è andata sold out sul loro sito in pochissimo tempo, ma per una fortunata coincidenza ho trovato il bundle disponibile grazie ad un riassortimento e non me la sono fatta scappare.
Il bundle contiene tutti i tre pezzi della collezione ad un prezzo inferiore (£ 60) rispetto alla somma dei prodotti acquistati singolarmente (£ 80).
Si compone di una scatola dal coperchio fuchsia con impresso sopra un disegno stilizzato di Jessica Rabbit, tutto il packaging è curatissimo ed è davvero molto bello.
THE JESSICA PALETTE
This eyeshadow palette contains 9 shades, 6 shimmers and metallics, 3 mattes.
It has a combinations of purple and coppery shades.
From the swatches it's quite clear that the metallic shades have more payoff than the mattes.
After testing them quite a few times; I found out that it's better to apply these eyeshadows with your fingertips.
Overall this plaette doesn't really speak to me, some of the colours are very similar and I think it misses some mattes.
Also they lack in pigmentation and you really have to layer them to achieve a nice result.

La gamma cromatica gioca principalmente su viola e bronzo.
Come si vede dagli swatches, gli ombretti metallici si comportano meglio degli opachi che risultano molto tenui.
Dopo aver tentato varie applicazioni, ho notato che il miglior modo per lavorare gli ombretti metallici è con le dita, così si ottengono colori più intensi e pieni.
Nel complesso, purtroppo, la palette non mi ha convinto, trovo che alcuni colori siano molto simili tra loro e avrebbero potuto lasciare il posto a qualche ombretto opaco in più, inoltre anche la pigmentazione lascia un po' a desiderare, bisogna avere pazienza e lavorarli molto per ottenere un buon risultato.
GLOW TO HIGHLIGHTER: ROGER, DARLING!
That's what I call packaging goals! This highlighter is so pretty I almost don't want to use it to avoid erasing the gorgeous Jessica Rabbit embossed in the pan.

It's buttery soft, but it's better not to put too much product otherwise it will create texture and skin impefections will be instantly more noticeable.

Inizialmente pensavo che potesse essere troppo scuro per il mio incarnato, invece è uno champagne dorato portabilissimo.
La texture è soffice e cremosa, ma per chi come me ha una pelle mista, con imperfezioni, è meglio evitare di stratificarlo troppo perchè un'applicazione eccessiva sottolinea la grana della pelle.
GLITTER STORM LIPSTICK
This lipstick is fabulous, so full of glitters, but not gritty on the lips.
It's a metallic shiny red, the finish is so cool that makes it unique.
It's very pigmented and opaque with one swipe and comfortable on the lips.
Il rossetto è spettacolare, è così pieno di glitter, ma sulle labbra non si percepiscono affatto.

Il risultato è un rosso metallico e luminosissimo, un finish davvero particolare che lo rende unico.
E' super pigmentato già dalla prima passata e confortevole sulle labbra.
In conclusion, this collection really amazed me for the packaging, so gorgeous to became collectors pieces.
About the singular products, I really like both the highlighter and the lipsticks, sadly the pallette is a hard pass.
The colours scheme could have been more cohesive, but most importantly the eyeshadows should have been way more pigment and easy to work with.
I also would like to point out the fact that I had an amazing Customer Service experience with this brand, the palette I received with the bundle was broken, and they replaced it with a new one in a few days, awesome support!

Concludendo, di questa collezione ho apprezzato in primis il packaging che è favoloso, curatissimo, proprio da collezionare.
Quanto ai singoli pezzi, sicuramente promuovo a pieni voti l'illuminante ed il rossetto, mentre purtroppo la palette non ha soddisfatto le mie aspettative.
La gamma cromatica proposta poteva essere valutata meglio, ma soprattutto gli ombretti stessi dovrebbero essere più scriventi e più facili da lavorare.
Vorrei anche sottolineare che ho avuto un'ottima esperienza con il Servizio Clienti di Ciaté, la mia palette arrivata col bundle era danneggiata e me l'hanno sostituita con una nuova in pochi giorni, un servizio ottimo!
