SUMMER ESSENTIAL | DAVINES HAIR CARE

If I'm planning a vacation by the seaside I cannot leave without specific anti sun damage haircare products.

Some may think it's all just marketing, and some, just as me, truly believe that normal haircare products aren't enough for many hours in the sea under the hottest sun.

This time I wanted to try Davines SU line for sun protection.

I actually really like this brand, not only for the high quality products but also for their eco-friendly policy and mission.

The SU line it's dedicated to prevent hair from sun damage, it has a sweet floral and fruity delicious scent.
The first product in this line is a delicate and hydrating shampoo that can be used also as a shower gel.
You only need a little amount to create a soft foam that will remove any salt or chlorine residue.
The next product is a nutritious hair mask to apply to your dump hair and leave in for 5 to 15 minutes for shiny and super soft hair.
Last but not least the UV protector milk that will deeply condition your hair without feeling oily or sticky.
It's perfect even for colored hair.
I'm really liking this Davines SU haircare, my hair feel hydrated and healthy, the fruity scent lingers in the hair and it's so yummy, I'm really happy with my purchase so far!
To conclude this post I'd like to give you two little tips for your hair:
- cover your head when in the sun, I use a bandana even in the water to protect the top of my head because the hair in this area are more sparse and the skin gets easily a sun burn;
- if you are spending a whole day at the beach and you know you won't have access to shower, bring with you a bottle of water and use it to wash your hair after a swim in the sea, so you won't get your hair too dry and coarse because of the sea salt.

Se parto per una vacanza al mare nel mio beauty non possono mai mancare dei prodotti per capelli specifici per il sole.

C'è chi pensa che sia solo una questione di marketing e chi, come me, crede veramente che per proteggere i capelli da lunghe ore di esposizione al sole e all'acqua del mare i normali prodotti non siano abbastanza.

Quest'anno ho deciso di provare la linea SU di Davines, un brand che seguo da tempo e che mi piace molto, sia per la qualità dei prodotti sia per l'attenzione all'ambiente (per maggiori dettagli su Davines leggi questo post).

La linea SU è stata ideata appunto per proteggere i capelli dal sole, ha una profumazione floreale e fruttata davvero buonissima.

La linea si compone di uno shampo delicato ed idratante, che può essere utilizzato sotto la doccia anche per il corpo. 

Ne basta poco per una schiuma abbondante che detergerà i capelli rimuovendo i residui di sale marino o di cloro.

Il secondo prodotto è una maschera nutriente e protettiva da applicare sui capelli umidi e da lasciare in posa da 5 a 15 minuti, il risultato? Capelli morbidi e lucenti.

L'ultimo prodotto che ho acquistato è il latte spray con filtri UV protettivi e proprietà idratanti.

Nutre i capelli senza appesantirli, è perfetto anche per chi ha i capelli colorati.

Mi sto trovando veramente benissimo con questa linea Davines, vedo i miei capelli sani e idratati, il profumo rimane ed è buonissimo, quindi per me sono decisamente approvati!

Vi lascio con due ultimi consigli che io metto in pratica ogni estate:

- utilizzate qualcosa per coprirvi la testa durante l'esposizione al sole, io metto sempre una bandana anche quando vado in acqua perchè nella zona frontale solitamente i capelli sono più radi e la cute si brucia facilmente;

- se state in spiaggia tutto il giorno e non avete a disposizione nelle vicinanze una doccia, portatevi una bottiglia d'acqua del rubinetto per sciacquarvi i capelli dopo aver fatto il bagno in mare, così non li esporrete troppo a lungo al sale marino.
