Thanks to Glamour Italy I had the opportunity to partecipate to the event to celebrate 10 years of Kiehl's Italy.
I knew this brand for its amazing reputation, but I actually only tried one of their products (the spf 50 day cream), so this was the perfect chance to get to know Kiehl's better.
I got my skin quickly tested by putting two paper tester on my forehead and on my cheek.
The result was combination to oily for the forehead and normal for the cheek, so that made me understand that not all my skin is combination to oily.
Then I filled a questionnaire where I basically put my skin "goals", things I'm worried about such as ageing and skin imperfections, and things I'd like to achieve like pore minimizing, deep cleansing and hydration.
Combining all the infos, my skin test and the questionnaire, they recommended me a full skin care routine, including a cleanser, a toner, a day cream, serum and night cream and some face masks.

Conoscevo già di fama questo brand, ma avevo provato solo la crema da giorno con spf 50, quindi è stata un'ottima occasione per riaccendere la mia curiosità e conoscere un po' meglio i prodotti.
Come primo step mi è stato fatto un veloce test della pelle, è bastato applicare due tester di carta in due zone del viso, fronte e guance, e poi aspettare il risultato.
Sulla fronte il risultato è stato pelle mista/grassa, mentre sulla guancia pelle normale, quindi questo mi ha fatto subito capire che effettivamente non tutta la pelle del mio viso è mista/grassa.
Dopo ho compilato un questionario dove ho indicato i miei "goals" per quanto riguarda la pelle, ossia cosa mi preoccupa e che risultati vorrei ottenere.
Ovviamente detergere in profondità, minimizzare i pori e le imperfezioni, ma anche combattere i primi segni dell'età e riequilibrare la pelle.
In base al test della pelle e alle mie richieste mi hanno proposto una serie di prodotti per creare una skin care completa, dal detergente, al tonico, alle maschere viso fino ai sieri anti età e alle creme notte.

Kiehl's also created a special packaging for some of it's bestselling products to celebrate 10 years of Kiehl's Italy and also organized mini parties all over italian Kiehl's shops to get more people involved with this amazing brand.
There were also a wheel of fortune game to win some samples, which was so much fun.
Per l'occasione Kiehl's ha creato un packaging speciale per alcuni dei suoi prodotti best seller, inoltre in molti negozi hanno organizzato dei party con aperitivo per far conoscere ancora di più questo fantastico brand.
Era possibile poi vincere dei campioncini girando una piccola ruota della fortuna, un'iniziativa davvero carina.

This cleanser really deterges the skin, since I have combination to oily skin I usually wake up feeling my skin is already oily and it's very nice see my skin squicky clean after using this product.
Questo detergente pulisce la pelle in profondità, avendo la pelle mista-grassa spesso alla mattina è già piuttosto oleosa ed è davvero piacevole sentire il mio viso davvero pulito dopo aver utilizzato questo prodotto.
I must admit I removed the toner from my beauty routine ages ago, but I was wrong!
This toner is suitable for all skin types and it's also alchool free so it's very delicate on the skin.
Its main purpose is to restore skin's ph, in fact using it after the cleanser made my skin much more softer.
Devo ammettere che avevo eliminato il tonico dalla mia beauty routine da un pezzo, invece è uno step fondamentale!
Questo in particolare è adatto a tutti i tipi di pelle ed è privo di alcool quindi è molto delicato, e serve a riequilibrare il ph della pelle.
Ho notato che usandolo dopo essermi lavata il viso con l'Ultra Facial Oil Free Cleanser la mia pelle diventa subito più morbida.
