This palette is part of the latest holidays collection by Tanya Burr Cosmetics, which has also an advent calendar and some polish/gloss duo, perfect to gift or to collect.
As soon as I spotted the Candy Glam beauty Essential Palette on Feel Unique website I decided to get it, mainly because the price was very reasonable (I got mine for £14 and you get 9 eyeshadows, a blush and a bronzer and one mini lipgloss, such a bargain!) and also because I was very curious to try Tanya's eyeshadows.
I've already written a post dedicated to Tanya's creamy and fruity lipglosses (you can find it here), now it's time to try out some new stuff!
The eyeshadows texture is amazing, super soft, almost buttery and, as you can tell by the swatches, everyone is very richly pigmented.
We have a variety of matte and shimmers shades, a good color range and I haven't noticed any fall out or chunks of glitter.
To be a 100% honest I wish there was another light shade, that would make this palette actually perfect.
The shimmery white eyeshadows is too light and bright (at least for me) to apply on the lid, and the light pink is beautiful, but still I feel like a nude champagne shade would make it absolutely complete.
Both the blush and the bronzer are intensely pigmented and easily blendable, the gloss is a light peachy nude which goes perfectly with the eyeshadows range.
What else is left to say? I love this palette, the packaging is adorable, it's handy and compact easy to travel with, it has more or less everything you need for a complete make up look and the quality is very good!

Si tratta della Holidays collection in edizione limitata, di cui fanno parte questa palette, un calendario dell'avvento e alcuni kit di smalti e lipgloss, perfetti come regali di Natale o da collezionare.
Appena ho visto la Candy Glam beauty Essential Palette disponibile su Feel Unique ho deciso di acquistarla, in primis per il prezzo davvero vantaggioso (19€ per 9 ombretti, blush, bronzer e un gloss mi sembra davvero un affare!) e poi perchè ero curiosissima di provare finalmente gli ombretti di Tanya.
Vi avevo già parlato della sua linea di gloss (trovate il post qui) cremosi e profumati, finalmente è arrivato il momento di testare qualcosa di nuovo!
La consistenza degli ombretti è davvero burrosa e, come potete vedere dagli swatches, la pigmentazione è fantastica.
I finish variano da matte a shimmer, nessun ombretto è polveroso o perde glitter e la selezione colori è buona.
Se proprio devo essere puntigliosa per essere una palette perfetta manca un altro colore chiaro, uno champagne per esempio, visto che il bianco è troppo intenso (almeno per me) da applicare su tutta la palpebra, e il rosa, anche se bellissimo, comunque non mi basta.
Blush e bronzer sono entrambi pigmentatissimi e si sfumano facilmente, il gloss è un pesca chiarissimo che si abbina perfettamente con i colori più scuri ed intensi degli ombretti.
Che altro dire? Questa palette mi piace molto, il packaging è adorabile, è comoda da portare in viaggio, ha tutto o quasi quello che serve per un makeup completo e la qualità è davvero buona!
