MAKE UP FOR EVER HOLIDAYS SETS

Recently I've received Make Up For Ever Holidays Sets press kit, all the product will be available in Italy in november, in my city Bologna they will be available at La Truccheria, the only MUFE flagship store in Italy.

I must admit I'm always on Google to browse new products and collections, that's why I decided to write a post about this new release (this is not sponsored by any mean, I've received the press kit with only pictures and info and I decided to share it with you. All the prices will be in Euros).

There are 9 limited edition holidays sets, perfect to please everyone's taste.

Recentemente ho ricevuto il press kit dei nuovi holidays sets di Make Up For Ever, che qui in Italia saranno disponibili da circa metà novembre, a Bologna li troverete a La Truccheria unico flagship store della MUFE in Italia.

Dato che io per prima sono sempre su Google a cercare le nuove collezioni e i prezzi, ho pensato di farvi vedere cosa ci propone MUFE per questo Natale (N.B. non è un post sponsorizzato in alcun modo, ho ricevuto la cartella immagini e info e ho deciso di condividerla con voi).

I think they are all very interesting sets, I like the fact they are very different from each other both on the products included and the price point.

The huge palette caught my eyes first, of course, the new MUFE eyeshadow formulation is to die for, they are so pigmented and buttery, the apply and blend effortlessly.

It's time for that Christmas wish list already!

Sono davvero tutti set molto interessanti, mi piace che siano molto diversificati, sia per quanto riguarda il contenuto che per il prezzo.

Ovviamente ho già adocchiato la palette di 15 ombretti, da quando sono stati riformulati gli Artist Shadows sono incredibili, pigmentatissimi, burrosi, si applicano e si sfumano con una facilità estrema.

Insomma è già il momento di creare una wish list natalizia!

MAC OUTLET at FIDENZA VILLAGE

A few weeks ago I posted a photo on Instagram (@snoop_around) showing what I purchased at Fidenza Village outlet, now it's  finally time to talk about those beauty products and do some swatches and reviews.

For those of you who don't know, in Fidenza Village (huge shopping center close to Milan) there is a beauty store all dedicated to Estee Lauder beauty, The Cosmetic Company Store, in where you will find also MAC products.

It's almost impossible to find discounts on MAC products, that's why I'm so glad this place exists! 

You won't be able to find the whole MAC range of course, but you will find some previous limited edition collections at a very reasonable price.

Last time I came home with pieces from the Osbournes, Pedro Laurenço and Prabal Gurung collections, you can read about that haul in this post.

The real bargain though was still waiting for me, the MAC x Brooke Shields limited edition Gravity eyeshadows palette.

This palette went sold out pretty quickly, even though in Italy was sold for 190€ (double the american price), and that's why I decided not to buy it, because it was way out of my budget.

Then I saw it all alone in one shelf with the 60% off mark on it and I immediately grabbed it!

This palette has 15 full size eyeshadows, some from the MAC permanent range, some are limited edition.

It's such a versatile palette and the pigmentation is amazing, I find myself reaching for it almost every day!

We have mattes and shimmers, they blend beautifully, it has become one of my favorite palettes of all my collection.  

Qualche tempo fa avevo postato una foto su Instagram (@snoop_around) dei miei acquisti beauty all'outlet di Fidenza Village, oggi è arrivato finalmente il momento di farvi vedere gli swatches e parlarvene più approfonditamente.

Intanto, per chi ancora non lo sapesse, tra i vari negozi del Fidenza Village c'è un outlet di prodotti beauty di alcuni dei brand che appartengono a Estee Lauder, tra cui in particolare la MAC.

Inutile dirvi quanto sia incredibile trovare prodotti MAC Cosmetics scontati, quindi se siete nei paraggi o avete voglia di visitare un outlet davvero carino vi consiglio caldamente di pianificare il vostro viaggio!

All'interno di The Cosmetic Company Store non troverete tutta la linea, ma solo alcune collezioni vecchie, spesso in edizione limitata, a prezzi davvero vantaggiosi.

La scorsa volta ero tornata a casa con alcuni pezzi delle collezioni Osbournes, Prabal Gurung e Pedro Laurenco, di cui vi ho parlato in questo post.

L'affare migliore però doveva ancora arrivare, ed è stata la palette di 15 ombretti della collezione di Brooke Shields.

Questa palette è andata sold out in pochissimo tempo, nonostante il prezzo inarrivabile di ben 190 Euro.

Per quanto la desiderassi, il prezzo era molto al di sopra del mio budget e quindi a malincuore avevo deciso di non acquistarla.

Quando l'ho vista sola e abbandonata sullo scaffale al 60% di sconto non ci ho messo molto a decidere cosa fare!

All'interno ci sono 15 ombretti full size, alcuni della linea permanente, altri in edizione limitata.

E' una palette davvero versatile, gli ombretti dai finish prevalentemente matte, ad eccezione di qualche shimmer e metallico, sono super pigmentati e si sfumano facilmente.

Mi trovo ad usarla quasi quotidianamente ed è diventata  una delle mie palette preferite.

Then I also spotted this cute little set of pigments and glitters.

It's from an old Christmas collection, but the packaging is adorable and the price was incredible! 

The pigments are so intense and they melt on your lid when you apply them.

I struggle more with the glitters, mainly with the black one, but they are still nice to wear for a special occasion.

Ho trovato anche questo set di pigmenti e glitter di una collezione natalizia ad un prezzo stracciato, i pigmenti sono bellissimi, colori portabili, ma comunque davvero intensi.

I glitter si applicano con più difficoltà, ma sono comunque interessanti per un look sofisticato, per una serata speciale.
